The 2 Kats Online Open House at the end of January was a smashing success!

Our special guest for January was Trudy Williams of SuccesSeeker.com. Trudy was the winner of our contest in the previous Open House. She won the use of a 10-person conference room for 30 days for free.

Trudy is a Microsoft Certified systems engineer and trainer. Part of her business includes training her clients to use various Microsoft applications. For the Open House, Trudy did four sessions on how to use PowerPoint. Many of the attendees expressed gratitude for the training because they learned ways to use PowerPoint more effectively. One of our lucky subscribers won 2 free hours of training with Trudy as the winner of our contest.

After each training session we had a meet-and-greet session where each person could share about their business and network with the other attendees. In fact, Trudy is now working with Vanessa, another of our subscribers, on bi-lingual (English-Spanish) trainings. How cool!

We are having our next Open House this coming weekend, actually starting on Thursday evening. The training part of each session will be on List Building. Each of the trainings will be different, each one building on the previous training. As always, the second hour of each session will be devoted to networking and just getting acquainted. (If you come early to the Saturday morning session you might get to share a bowl of cereal and cartoons with us!)
